Stretching along the northern shore of the Blue Sea, the Flattop Mountains are a geological wonder. From the deep, dark water, cliffs of rock jut skyward for thousands of feet until they reach the huge plateau that gives this range its name. On the northern side of the plane, it gradually slopes downward, giving birth to the many small streams that provide moisture to the Great Northern Forest. From west to southeast, the mountains trace the shore of the Blue Sea before diminishing in either direction. Deep within the range is the ancient dwarven city of Dursonak.font> |
